Yes! Hadassah Jewels ships internationally with a flat rate of R500 to select countries: USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, and Hong Kong.
How long does delivery take?
International orders are shipped via FedEx Priority and usually arrive within 4–6 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or public holidays.
Will I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes, all international shipments require a signature on delivery to ensure your jewels arrive safely.
What about duties and taxes?
International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I return my order?
