International Shipping
Hadassah Jewels offers international shipping via FedEx Priority to select countries, at a flat rate of R500 per order. All parcels are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.
Estimated delivery times are 4–6 business days, excluding customs processing or delays outside our control. Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Hadassah Jewels will not be liable for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.
In the event that a parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to Hadassah Jewels. Reshipping costs may apply. Once a parcel is marked as delivered and signed for, Hadassah Jewels holds no further liability for loss or theft.
